During the sign-up process we ask for contact information such as your name, address, phone number and email address all of which is collected for the purpose of our service and never forwarded to a third party. Later, to enable automated payments you will be required to enter in checking or savings account information, all of which is kept secure and used solely for our Total Bill Management service.

  3. Client IP address information is logged on our web servers for administrative and security purposes only and not used to track individual personal identifiable information.

  4. You will always have control over your bills and the payment timing of those bills if you are using our Total Bill Management service. It does not matter if your payments are on an automated schedule; you can easily adjust that schedule at any time without having to contact anyone. If you choose to cancel your membership, MyEZBills.com will remove ALL data contained in your account from the system.

  5. Your personal information can be updated at any time through our Profile page, which is available after you securely login to MyEZBills.com. This is done by clicking on the Profile link at the top of any page. After login, you will be directed to a secure website where your profile is maintained. An editable version of the Profile page appears. Update any portion of your personal information, and click Save changes.

  6. Email notifications are a valued feature of the Total Bill Management service; you have the ability to enable this feature on a per bill basis.

  7. Targeted advertisements may appear on your pages as you navigate through MyEZBills.com, but be assured, the advertisers themselves have not been given any individual information about you.
