Due to the end of MyEZBills online bill
pay services, you may continue to receive support until the EOSL date with our
24/7 support line 866-72-BILLS (866-722-4557).
If you only have profile questions (including password problems) and are
unable to request a password reset through the website using the “Forgot
Password” link, feel free to contact us at 480-964-3597 (866-352-4557) or email
us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have limited support staff
due to the termination of the business but we will attempt to get back to you
within 24 hours on business days.
You cannot call our
24/7 support number to reset your password because we control this part of the
client profile. If our technology
partner resets your password when you call the 24/7 support number, you will be
out of sync with our database and will not be able to access your account
without resetting the password with us.
How to Terminate
Call our 24/7 support
line 866-72-BILLS (866-722-4557) to terminate.
The termination will become effective as of the last day of the month we
receive your cancellation request via phone.
Please provide the following information when you call to ensure proper
and timely termination:
your account username and email address on file.
your mailing address in your MyEZBills profile, if it is not current. It is your responsibility to inform your
billers to change your billing address to the address at which you wish to
if you wish to receive a cancellation CD with the past 2 years of bills and
payment history. The cost for this CD is $29.95 plus shipping and handling
You will receive an
email notification of your official account closing. Per the Terms
and Conditions of the service,
you will be responsible for payment of our fees incurred prior to and during
the billing period in which your termination becomes effective, including the
full fee for the final month of service even if your service is terminated
before the end of that monthly period.
If you do not request
early termination, your account will automatically terminate on October 1, 2013
and you will receive your final billing at that time. Also, you will not be able to request a CD
after this point.
