We have made the following changes to the MyEZBills service as a result of your survey feedback as well as from planned enhancements:
- Extended menu display -- After sign in, the links and sub links on the left are visible at all times
- "Action Needed" Instructional Text -- Instead of standard instructional text, now situational text explains the reason action is needed for payees
- Page Layout Changes -- the Payee Details page workspace was reduced to minimize vertical scrolling
- On Page User Assistance -- "Learn More..." -- This new feature will provide immediate user assistance for fields that require additional explanation for a novice user. These links are on "Add a Payee Page" and "E-bill Setup Page"
- Improved Calendar Widgets -- on some pages, allows customers to highlight days with a "mouse-over"
- Improved Payee Search During the Add Payee Process -- an expanded list of names making adding a payee easier
- E-mail Notifications Enhanced -- content is more specific
